motherboard suggestions for q600 build

Im selling my laptop and I hope to build a q6600 rig, ive been out of the *game* for a while, my current desktop is a athlon xp 2500 on a a7n8x mb, id like something rock solid with potental future upgradability, I game, crunch seti, and surf the web. but SLI isnt my thing, ill never build an sli rig.
