Motherboard suggestions for my Athlon Xp 1700+

Hey guys,

I just returned my old motherboard to Newegg, an Epox 8k7a, and have been looking for a new one to replace it. I carefully looked over Andandtech's VIA Kt333 roundup and have been eyeing the MSI KT3 Ultra, as it seems to have everything I might want.

I am just wondering if any of you guys think differently about going with MSI before I buy it. Hopefully this will remove all doubts I have with this board.

I like the Shuttle AK35GT2R. It has the C-Media 5.1 sound card and the Highpoint raid.

I have a Sound BLaster Audigy Gamer, so I won't be running my sounds through the motherboard.

I also don't plan on using RAID for quite a while now, I'm still managing with a 5400 RPM 20 gig Maxtor.

The MSI board I"m looking at, at Newegg, doesn't have RAID, but is only 78 dollors.
