Motherboard suggestions for a 2500+ Barton?

I'm upgrading my desktop finally and need a new motherboard. I'd prefer not to spend more than $65-70 but i'm open to suggestions. I haven't kept up with chipsets for a year now and am out of the loop... How do the SiS chipsets do? Is it worth getting a NForce2? What's the latest from VIA? any suggestions or advice you can give me i'd appreciate it.

I don't really have any feature requirements... USB 2.0 would be nice.... onboard video/sound/LAN doesnt really matter... It will have an 80gig 7200rpm 8mb cache Maxtor in it for now and an old Radeon AIW. Right now i just need suggestions for the MB. Thanks
