Motherboard suggestion

I have decided to go with the Q6600 and am having trouble selecting a motherboard for this chip. These are the components I have selected thusfar:

OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB(2 x 2GB)
Tuniq Tower 120 P4 & K8 CPU Cooler - Retail
MSI NX8800GTS 512M OC GeForce 8800GTS (G92)
Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound

Can someone suggest a mobo to me that has the fewest issues, good OC potential, and good onboard sound? I dont need RAD, or built in wireless and would like to keep it around $150. Thanks for the help 🙂
 
If you don't care about SLI, get the Abit IP35-E. It's a great OC board and I've seen it as low as $60 after rebates recently. Killer board. The ACL888 onboard sound is very good.
