Motherboard Suggestion - Want to buy

I currently own an Asus A7N8X Dlx Rev 2.
Planning to change it for a mobo that handles AGP and an AMD 64 CPU (3700+ Venice core is what I have in mind).

I've been looking around and have thought of the ASRock Dual...however there may be potential issues with my 9800 Pro.

Can anybody suggest any good AGP motherboards for this CPU. I truly don't care at the time If it does not have PCI e.
Hopefully with decent sound...don't plan on buying a sound card.
