Motherboard Soyo KT400 Help?!!

Pull the cmos battery, try again. Remove all unnecessary devices (pci cards, mouse, keyboard, hard drive cables, etc), reseat everything else (including vid card). If that fails, try the old cpu again after resetting the cmos, see if it comes up. If it doesn't, you have a bad mb, cpu, vid card or power supply. Be sure the cpu fan is plugged in, some boards will not start.

Tried all the above... no avail. Anything else?

All I need to do is salvage what I have on the RAID. What about using a outboard RAID card, just to get my info back? The RAID chipset is HP372 on the mobo, I have a Adaptec 1200, chipset 370.
