Any good ones out there? I use socketa.com but I am not getting good results. I am looking for socket A, 8X AGP, RAID, PC2100 (want to use my 768 MB) USB 2.0 and either nvidia or amd chipsets. The CPU is a 2200+. No Abit.
TIA

I can help with that. 8X AGP and socket A narrows it down to nForce2 or KT400 chipsets. You can use newegg's search engine to home in on particular ones, although they don't carry absolutely everything.

The RAID is the hard one, maybe a KT400 board like an Asus A7V8X or A7V8X-Deluxe, or Gigabyte GA-7VAXP, or EPoX 8K9A2+. If you gave up the AGP 8X (not of much real value so far anyway) then you could also consider KT333-based boards. I have nForce2 on the brain but they seem to focus on using Serial ATA for RAID, not parallel ATA. :(

Thanks, just picked up a Ti4200 8X. I'll, go check out Newegg. that's where I got the CPU that won't post.

Another option is the Soltek SL-KT400-R
here has all the options you`re looking including RAID.
