The RAID is the hard one, maybe a KT400 board like an Asus A7V8X or A7V8X-Deluxe, or Gigabyte GA-7VAXP, or EPoX 8K9A2+. If you gave up the AGP 8X (not of much real value so far anyway) then you could also consider KT333-based boards. I have nForce2 on the brain but they seem to focus on using Serial ATA for RAID, not parallel ATA.
