Motherboard RMA Question

Doesn't Abit charge for RMA's? Maybe the Credits are how many RMA's you have paid for. I'm not an Abit user because of their crappy charge for RMA policy, so I don't really know. Let me know if they've changed that policy as I may consider them at some point if they do. Last I checked they had bad QA, ship a ton of DOA mobos, and charge to take the DOA mobos back.

Let me know how your experience goes.

they charge like $25.00 if the motherboard is not the problem. Meaning, if it works and it was the RAM or CPU or something else.

Other than that, you have to pay for shipping to get it there, but if you've bought it in the last 3 years, they will try to repair it for free, and if not, they will give you a new one for free.

also, they pay for UPS ground shipping to get it back.
