Motherboard repair?

Ok, I have an MSI K8N Neo (MS-7030 v1) and An Asus P4VP-MX that both have a bad memory slot and not sure what else.

How much of a hassle is it to get these repaired, will they still do it, and really, is it worth it?

Don't know about MSI but Asus has 3 year warranty. If still under warranty, RMA it. Otherwise it probably isn't worth the money to pay someone to repair it. Easier to buy a working one off eBay or the For Sale/Trade forum.
