Motherboard Recommendations?

My friend wants me to build him a computer and I need a motherboard with the following requirements
-USB 2.0
-AMD Socket A
-On board sound
-Stability

He is not interested in O/C 'ing he just wants a stable and relaible machine. I've always been partial to EPOX boards but I am open to any suggestions. Also, a price of less than $120. Since I haven't paid much attention to Motherboards since I purchased my EPOX 8K7A, I need some advice.

WhiteMike, this board is a little over your budget, but it's loaded - MSI 845 Ultra-ARU. Check it out at Newegg.com. They're out of stock on it right now, but I'm sure that's temporary. MWave.com also carrys it, for $2 less than Newegg.
