Motherboard recommendation?

I figured I would pick deep into the brains of the smartest people alive to get the answers that I need.

Here's my quandry - I have an AGP card that I do not want, nor can afford even if I did want, to replace. I currently am using the DFI Lanparty NFII Ultra-B motherboard with a 2800+ Barton. I recently picked up a special one-time-buy socket 939 3800+ CPU on a killer deal that I couldn't pass up. Ideally I need to keep my AGP card, thats not even an option. I want an ASUS motherboard. I want the nForce chipset (I think 3 supports AGP but not 4). Does such a motharboerd exsist? Can I get ASUS, Socket 939, AGP 8x, and nForce chipset all in one package? If not then what do you folks reccomend? Is it worth it to buy a board with a VIA chipset on it if its going to be used for gaming? Is there a non-ECS motherboard that will fit this bill? What types of options would you recommend for this? I -need- socket 939 and -need- AGP, but the ASUS and nForce name brands I can live without even though I'd rather not.

Any suggestions? I feel like I don't have any options available to me 🙁

huh? nforce3 supports X2 dual-core? I didn't know that.... Only going for Asus is NOT a good idea. That's like saying I only want a Toyota, not a chevy. Another vote for the Asrock Dual-SATA2 which is cheap, has AGP and PCIE, and works well.
