Motherboard Recommendation??

hey All

In the coming weeks I will be putting together a new system...The specs so far are:

Intel P4 2.6 800MHz FSB ~$175
Chenbro X-pider Case w/ 350W supply ~$100
512MB of ram ~$100
120GB hard drive ~$60
Radeon 9600XT 128MB (just waiting for it to become available) ~$200

The only place I'm stuck is on the motherboard. I've seen the ~950 posts on the Asus P4P800 board and am leaning toward that but I wanted to see a couple more opinions before I made the purchase.

I'm looking for a mb that has support for 800MHZ FSB, onboard sound, lan, and USB2.0. Serial ATA and firewire are not really requirements as I have nothing that would utilize them. I may overclock the machine but that is not a strict requirement.

I'm trying to keep the budget around 750dollars, so I have about $120 dollars left for the motherboard.

If I've left anything out, let me know and I'll fill it in.

TIA

The Asus P4P800 is an excellent choice, if you want an inexpensive 875P-based motherboard, look into the EPoX 4PCA3+, which is roughly $140, not much over your budget.
