Motherboard recommend

I am searching for a desktop motherboard with following requirements:

Intel P4 CPU,
AGP,
4 or 5 PCI slots (at least one or two are PCI-X)

Do you mean PCI-Express, or PCI-X? Not the same thing.

I meant PCI-X 64bit / 133/100/66 MHz. Not PCI-Express.

It has to be a desktop board. (max size 12"x10")

I found Supermicro P4SCT but it only has PCI-X 64bit/66MHz.

Actually I am runnig a video capture system with 16 channels and a PCI-X SATA RAID card. It would have best performance if it's on PCI-X 64bit/133MHz.

As long as it uses P4 CPU, got one AGP slot and more than 4 PCI slots (one or more need to be PCI-X slot).

Any recommendation is welcome, else I will have to get the Supermicro P4SCT.

As far as I can tell, AGP boards only come with 66-mhz slots.

Though, frankly, 66-mhz slots preform very closely with 100/133-mhx slots.
