motherboard recomendation for 1.3gig t-bird

Hey, I am looking into a 1.3 gig t-bird and was wondering what board out there to get. I would like an overclocking friendly board, the best if possible. Something with a 266 fsb mayhaps. Not really interested in ddr. Something that supports ata100 onboard, but this is optional. No onboard sound or video. Socket a.
