motherboard questions

Hi there

I have a packard bell 7800c series computer. It originally came with a PII 350 mhz cpu. I am interested in getting more ram for this computer, but I cannot find any specs on the motherboard so that I can determine the type of memory I need to get(ie: # of pins, speed and max size per slot). Where can i find specs on my computer's motherboard?

It's probably PC100 RAM because 3.5 * 100.

get sisoft sandra. go to www.download.com and do a search for sisoft.

you could look at the memory, yes most likely its sdram, pb's arent that proprietary when it comes to memory a pny stick would work fine most likely, or any other standard pc100 memory .. good luck ..

my 66-mhz PII-300 is picky about the ram it takes. just to warn you if you have a 66 mhz bus.

my pentium 2 233 doesn't take to kindly to pc100, only likes pc 66......
