I like the MSI board you listed more than the other two because of its nForce 3 chipset, which I think is better than the Via chipset for a number of reasons (see the mobo forum for more info).

I've read the AC97 sound on the Abit is better than the Realtek ALC850 sound on the other two because it has slightly lower cpu utilization, but I couldn't hear the difference in sound quality (though years of listening to music way too loud and a touch of tinnitus may have something to do with that).
