Motherboard Question...

Ok im sure this has been asked quite abit already... but here i go again heh i have been out of the computer modding/oc'in scene for about a year and a half now. I am now back being i have the time and cash to put out but obviously things have changed alot since i was building comps im just curious whats a good 64bit board/cpu combo... price is of no concern im looking for the best i can get... i also have a case i just modded with a innovatek watercooling setup if that makes any difference on things thanks guys
