I am building me an AMD 64 system and have the motherboard choices down to two. The ABIT KV8-MAX3 ($145) and the ASUS K8V DELUXE ($143). I am leaning the way of the ABIT, but I just noticed that AT chose the ASUS for their selection. Has anyone used the ABIT and have anything to say about it? I like the feature of being able to RAID 4 items and that it has optical in and out on the sound. My last mother board was an ASUS p4c533 and it is a champion, I hate to stray from ASUS. My set up will be (hopefully):

Athlon 64 3200
1GB Mushkin pc-3500 level I
2 WD 36 Raptors - down the road 4
Antec 430 TRU
Nvidia 4200ti 128MB
