Motherboard Purchase Advice

Since it appears that my Abit BH-6 is about to crap out, I am looking for a replacement that can support my current components. Still want to have the ability to overclock the chip via a soft bios setting. Here is my current system:

AOpen HX-08 Case w/300w PS and 3 Case mounted fans
Intel Celeron 300A w/hs and dual cooling fans
64 MB SDRAM Mushkin Samsung PC100 CAS2
64 MB SDRAM PNY Technologies PC100
6.4G WD HD
30.7G WD HD
40x HiVal CD-ROM
12x Acer CDR-RW Drive
Matrox Millenium G200 8MB Video Card
SB AWE64 Sound Card
USR 56K Modem

Any suggestions on an overclockable, yet stable/reliable board?

Just about any motherboard will work with that setup.

If you're looking to the future in upgrading to an overclockable PIII or some such, I would say to buy an i815, but I'm guessing your CPU is a Slot 1 so that won't work for you (all i815 boards are socket 370 only).

If you have to buy slot 1, I would go with either Asus P3V4X (VIA Apollo 133a chipset) or Abit BF6 (BX chipset).
