Motherboard/Processor Clarification

Right now I am trying to choose motherboards and processors. Got it down to two in both fields which are both reletively the same. The mboard would be Epox EP-8K7A or EP-8K7A+ and the processors would be a 1.2 GHz Athlon with either a 200MHz or 266. Now my question is:

Which would be the best selection of the above, and would it really make a difference ?

The reason I am asking is that at the epox site they have a .pdf file that lists the suggested processors or something like that and it still left me a bit unsure. Any insight to clarify this would be real helpful. Thanks.

the only difference between the 8k7a and the 8k7a+ is that the + version has onboard raid. if you plan on using raid, get the 8k7a+, if you don't plan on using onboard raid, get the regular 8k7a. as for the cpu, definately get the 266mhz fsb version.
