Motherboard problems

Building a new system and my Tyan Tiger 133 motherboard won't boot up with the antec ps. What components do I need on the motherboard just to see if it will boot up? (I know the problem isn't the powersuppy or the cpu) Right now I think the motherboard is DOA.

Quick check:

1) make sure ATX plug is connected to mobo
2) make sure power button is connected to headers on the mobo
3) make sure "Clear CMOS jumper" is set -not- to reset your CMOS, if it -is- in that mode, your system will not start

Thanks for the input 🙂 Figured it out before I read your post... The motherboard came with the cmos reset switch on... I think someone at the factory just wanted to mess with my head.
