Here's what happening.
When I turn on PC it the power starts and stops every 2-3 seconds. I filp switch on back of case to stop it. Here's how I got to this point. Bought a new hard drive, put it in ,formatted and Partitioned, ok. Installed OS , ok. Used it for a few hours ,turned off and came back would freeze at blue XP screen. Tried 2 different HDD, both did same(freeze during start.
Changed cables, memory, took stuff out. Cleared CMOS then updated BIOS and then it rebooted and did the power loop thing. I suspected the MB since everytime I reloaded windows it would work fro a while and thenhave problems. On 3 different drives I had a lot of trouble installing windows. Drives that would work for a while suddenly would freeze during start up.

Sounds like you have too many drives; maybe one needs a jumper change. If you put 2 sata drives, both with operating systems, on the same system, sometimes this delays bootup. Only the ide drives have a jumper to change the boot preference. I would decide which drive you want to save your files on. Then use the hardrive software to set the boot order, which may require you to format some of your drives. But check all your sata cables and power switch leads to the drives first. Perhaps one is loose.

Don't think so. I tried 1 HDD at a time, SATA and IDE. Both reacted the same. Called Gigabyte, the board has been RMA'd.
