I got a new CPU and motherboard for Xmas. I got the Intel I3770K and the Evga Z75. I installed everything fine and didn't format my hard drive. I fired up BF3 and it stutters or Rubber bands like crazy! Yet using precision it still shows my frames at 60+ and my temp about 70 degrees. So I thought it must be stuff left over from my last system. So I did a full format on my SSD drive. Fire up BF3 again and sure enough same problem! BF3 is totally unplayable now. Any idea if their might be a setting in the bios I need to change etc. I tried disabling Hyper Threading and C1E that did nothing. I unplugged my video card and plugged it back it nothing. If I run speedtest or ping my connection is also fine. Really out of ideas here....

In the nvidia control panel, make sure for that specific title to enable adaptive vsync,as well as enable it in game.

I had the same exact problem with my evga gtx670 ftw,i went up and down the software list, formated and all then someone suggested enabling adaptive vsync and sure enough it fixed it for me.

Honestly still shaking my head about that problem and fix,but hope that fix works for you as well,i almost guarantee it will.

Yeah I tried single player and its fine. So its only in multiplayer. I called Comcast and according to them their is a problem either inside my house or on the outside. They are coming tomorrow. Although I have no idea what it could be. When I check my ping time in game its well under 100MS its like 50-60MS which is pretty dam good...not sure what they hope to find or fix... I also already had adaptive vsync enabled that didn't help...
