Motherboard Plugin Identification

I've got an older motherboard, pulled from an IBM Z Pro intellistation. It is an LGA771 dual xeon mobo, with no identification on it except for "pass6". I've found the intellistation manual but the manual and the ports on the motherboard don't line up. This motherboard doesn't have a 20 or 24 pin atx power connection. It has a strange 12 pin connector, an 8 pin and a 6 pin connection. I've attached some pics of the connection, i'm thinking the 8 pin is the normal 8 pin power connection, i don't know what to make of the 6 pin and i've never seen the 12 pin before.

I would like to try and make use of the board so i'm wondering if there is an adapter for the 12 pin cable out there or if anyone can shed any light on this. Thanks for the help
