Motherboard\OS Question

I don't know if I should post this here or in the hardware board...but whatever...

I'm going to sell my Asus CUSL2-C motherboard and buy a "Black Pearl" CUSL2-C because it looks cool.
Now, since they are basically the same mobos, will I have to reinstall Windows if I get the Black Pearl?

Assuming it uses and same chipset, should just be plug and go.

Bozo1 is correct. I would make sure that I have all backed up prior to making the swap however. Just to be safe.
