I'm looking at these two mobo's

ABIT AS8 865PE LGA775

ASUS P5P800 LGA775 865PE

Any opinions on either one? I am leaning towards the Asus, but the Abit has Firewire.

What about the DFI 875-T? A liitle expensive though.

I don't need DDR2, and PCI-Express

I'll be using a Pentium 4 Prescott 570J CPU in it. With OCZ Platinum PC3200 Rev.2

I've used both ABIT and ASUS mobos running Intel CPUs, and so far, the ASUS are always more stable.
