motherboard opinion/question

does anyone have an opinion on the Procomp BVK1A Athlon K-7 Slot A ATX motherboard? Is it a pretty stable board? I noticed it is cheaper then a lot of the other slot a boards and was curious to know why? thanks

Curious:
Why are you looking at Slot A boards anyway? Reason for my asking is that Slot A is pretty much dead. Might as well get a Duron and a Socket A board.
