Motherboard not holding CMOS. HELP

I am having trouble with a system and the board is not holding CMOS. This is an ABIT BM6 with the ever popular Celeron 366 @ 550. I know it should be the Battery but how or where do I get on.

Check to make sure the clear CMOS jumper is on the normal position. Just take the battery out and go to Wal-Mart or Radio Shack. They will have an identical replacement.
