Motherboard monitoring software that works with Asus K7M in Win2000?

I've always used Asus PC Probe that came on my K7M CD...but it doesn't come up on the auto start menu if I'm in Win2k, so I guess it doesn't work in Win2k?

Any software that does...I need to know my CPU temp, I'm trying a new fan config....
