Motherboard Monitor for New Build

About ready to button up new I7-860/GA-P55A-UD3. I interested in watching the temps closely for a while. I started searching for a voltage/temp/fan speed monitor and I'm not finding much that is current and certainly no consensus.

Recommendations?

Thanks

Thanks for the link to HWMonitor.

Unfortunately, it reports my +12V as +3.65 (the bios sees it as +12.3). It does correctly recognize the I7-860. It reports that the GA-P55A-UD3 sensor chip is an IT87-I don't know if that is correct or not.

While everything else looks OK, reporting 12v as 3.65 causes concern about overall quality.

I miss AbitEQ-it allowed setting individual upper/lower alarm limits for each monitored parameter.
