Motherboard may be dead?

I have an older MSI AMD motherboard in a comp that won't start. I've tried a different power supply and that didn't work. I put the PS in a different system and it started up fine. I've tried shorting the power jumper in case it might be a power switch wiring problem, but to no avail. Does this mean the motherboard is done for?

Onyl way to be sure is to try another motherboard but that does appear to be the case. It doesn't post at all?

Yeah, it doesn't even start up, no fans, nothing. It just stopped working one day about 6 months ago. I just now started to mess with it because my other computer was accosted by my two year old. I'll just buy another board for it. I should be able to get one cheap since its an old Socket 939 board.
Edit: Scratch that. Apparently 939 boards are older than I thought. I might as well get a new cpu and board for all the trouble I'll have finding a 939 board.
