Question motherboard keeps rebooting!! HELP

I have Biostar A320 | 2x 8Gb Hyper 2666 | AMD a8 9600 | 1x SSD120Gb
I bought all new components for build a new computer and i tried to install os but it doesn't work then i installed windows in the ssd in another computer and ... !!Surprisingly!! the mother board keeps rebooting for ever and no boot at all..!!

I tried

1. disconnect all components except motherboard, cpu, and ssd.
2. reinstall my computer out side the case
3. run the system with only one ram
4.

my problem is here...
