Hey guys. I accidentally broke the jumper off the floppy disk controller jumper. When I boot up the computer, it gives me a floppy disk controller error. (Obvioulsly because without the jumper on it has no floppy support!) So, I went on Mad Onion's chat room to get some help on fixing it and they said to solder it. I did that and didn't heat the board up at all. It was a good soldering job. When I booted the computer up with the floppy, it has to use a boot disk because I have no hard drive on it. When I put a boot disk in, (I have used several different boot disk with different stuff on them such as DOS, FreeBSD) It reads for a few seconds, stops reading, and sits there with a blinking _ . I also tried another floppy drive that I know is good because I use it and the floppy still does the same thing. Could someone help me remedy this situation?
