Motherboard issues with NH-U12P SE2 and the securefirm mounting kit (pics)

I got the NH-U12P SE2 up and running on my motherboard (Asus z77 v lk), but I'm concerned because the included mounting bars for the heatsink install right on top of some motherboard components.

Here is a pic that shows the MB:

I highlighted in red the interfering components. My left mounting bar is sitting right on top of those 3 chips.

Next pic to show the mounting bars themselves from the manual:

I have the heatsink mounted as seen in the 2nd orientation

The heatsink does come with plastic spacers, but I'm not sure if they give enough clearance.

Does the heatsink sit unlevel? As long as it didn't prevent the base of the heatsink from making complete/full contact with the IHS/CPU... it should be fine.

Well each of those bars has a screw in the middle that attaches to the bottom of the heatsink. I was able to screw in each side evenly I believe; although, it seemed to be a very close fit on the left side.

Close is fine... you might even be able to make use of it by shoving some TIM in there...lol

My french isn't good enough to know exactly what he's saying, but according to this video it seems to work fine, definitely a tight fit though.

Okay ya that video shows exactly what I'm talking about; I have the bars in the same orientation and you can see how it is pretty tight.
