Motherboard ID needed

A co-worker of mine asked me if I have any spare boards, as his parents' board got bad caps over the weekend. I brought him one that I picked up cheap but never got around to testing. I tried looking it up on www.pcchips.com.tw but they don't list any boards with the 961 southbridge. Any guesses?

The colors of the ram slots look like something from epox. Maybe the pcchips northbridge heatsink was added later.

I am the coworker. Turns out it was the PSU, not the mobo. (At least not yet. Two leaky and buldging caps say failure is likely soon.)

I can now look toward replacing the whole blasted thing at my convenience.
