Motherboard hit by lightning....need suggestion for new!!

i was running the Gigabyte 8knxp, and i basically built my mobo around the board to optomize it. 2 days ago, i lost my router, and mobo due to a lightning strike. what i want is a good suggestion for a mobo, (that i can play with overclocking) that fits my existing hardware.

i want the mobo to be able to maximize the use of these...
ati radeon 9800 xt 256 mb AGP graphics card
2 sticks of 512 hyper xtreme 400mhz ram (dual channel)
pentium 4 3.0 HT processor (socket 478)

is ther anything better than the 8knxp that i can match these comonents up to?
