I'm lookin into upgrading my dad's machine.

I think I am going to finally delve into AMD land. What I am looking for/need to find out is what's a good motherboard for these? Basically I was thinking to upgrade him now to like a Duron 800 or something really cheap, but I wanted the motherboard to be able to handle the newer chips thar are coming out.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Asus A7V133 with RAID or A7V133C with no RAID
Abit KT7A or KT7A RAID
Both these boards are good quality with lots of overclocking features and are very stable for SDRAM.
If you want to use DDR ram, the Epox 8k7A is very popular at the moment.

Just a couple of suggestions.
