Motherboard Help...video card problem

What inexpensive video card can work with this asus motherboard. I have tried the Asylum GeForce FX 5200-but the fan wouldn't even turn on it. I am looking at the ATI 9200 or the ATI 9600 Pro...however the less money the better. Any advice. I don't play many games-I only do digital video work so I need an S video out and a tv (rca) out...if possible.
