Motherboard Headers

I just got an ECSK75SA and an ENLIGHT 7237 case. I do not know how to get the LED lights working. Does it matter which way I plug in the cables into the motherboard headers? Also, how come there are 3 pins set aside for the HDD LED and only 2 pins set aside for the POWER LED but on the motherboard, the HDD LED will accept 3 pins and the POWER LED only 2.

User a small plyer to pull one of the wires on the PowerLED and move it over to the adjacent slot. Remember to see that you move the right wire by looking at where the positive and negative headers go on the motherboard.
