The P7H55-M SI "specifications summary" states it has "Integrated Intel Graphics Accelerator (Intel GMA4500) support".

When I plug any monitor into any of the motherboard's D-Sub, DVI or HDMI ports, I get no display.

Is it because there is no integrated graphics support inside the i5-750 I'm using with it?

That's correct, the H55 chipset has no graphics itself. It is provided by the CPU and not all models have it.

And the GMA 4500 is not even available in any Intel Core processor. That was the previous generation Intel chipsets for LGA775, back when the graphics were still embedded in the chipset (e.g. G45 and G43 Express).
