Motherboard fried?

Afternoon everyone,

Well last night I was trying to install a floppy into my system. DFI AK74 w/ T-bird 750. I had to pull the cable a couple times to get it working (make sure it was in the proper way). I turned the power off from the front each time. I did not turn the power off from the back of the power supply. Well after about 5 times (dont ask) of doing this, the system would turn on but would not boot. I was getting power to the cpu fan, and case fan. However, none of my ide devices appeared to be getting power. Does it sound like I fried the mobo? I tried pulling memory re-seating it, unplugging ide cable re-attaching, etc, etc. To no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Disconnect all hardware except your hard drive and your video card.
Power it up again. What do you get?
