Hi, I'm going to buy a new computer soon and I'm not sure about the motherboard.
The specifiations of the system are:

Pentium 4 2.53 GHz 533 FSB
All In One Wonder Radeon 9700 Pro
512 DDR 333 Kingmax or Samsung
Audigy 2 Platinum
Plextor 48x16x48
Seagate 80Gb Hard Drive 7200 rpm EIDE

I need a motherboard with all latest technologies(USB2.0, Firewire, Lan e.t.c)
Which one of these do i buy:
Gigabyte 8PE667 Ultra - I heard that Gigabyte motherboard often have problems.
Intel D845PEBT2 - I saw the review, but i didn't get if it is good.
ASUS P4PE - Right now i think this one is the best.
ASUS P4GE-V - What's the difference between the upper one???
ASUS P4PE/L - What is the difference between those two?????
ABIT BE7 - didn't see any review of this one, i have no idea how good it is.

I have no problems with the price of these motherboards. I'm looking for the best of. As i already said i'm looking for all the latest technologies in the board. Mostly i will use the board for gaming and sometimes for multimedia.
Which one do i buy????

Well, if you're not going to overclock your system and you want the latest technologies, I'd definitely get the Intel D845PEBT2. However, this board isn't yet available, so I'd look at the ASUS P4PE.

if you want to save a few bucks and still run DDR333 and have room to overclock try the Albatron PX845PEV Pro I have one and love it. A+ board

It has USB 2.0, 3com LAN, and built in sound. No RAID or Firewire however the add in cards are cheap enough.

Seagate 80Gb Hard Drive 7200 rpm EIDE

Replace this with Western Digital 80GB special edition hard drive. Its' larger 8MB cache enables it to outperform its' 2MB cache counterparts.
