First, this will be my first, complete PC build. I have done some fiddling around adding/removing stuff, just not that much. So after doing some chatting and reading this is what I?m looking at/want, so far.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600

Memory: Corsair XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800

Now for my questions.
I am looking for a good, very reasonably priced motherboard without a lot of bells and whistles.
I would prefer something in the price range of $150+ but willing to go up to $200+ if it?s a big jump in quality. I am not planning on doing any OC?OK I might try it some after I make sure I can get everything up and running and I have a better feel what for what I?m doing.

With this motherboard I?d need a case and power supply. Nothing real fancy here, as the PC will be out of sight.

I will have a CDR, DVD, and a floppy which I?ll install, if that matters on the case. Will be stealing these from another PC, along with a hard drive and a cheap video card. I am planning on getting this upgraded at a later date.
