Motherboard for new build

I should be putting together a new rig soon and I've pretty much got everything picked out. The one component I'm not certain about is the motherboard. I found a pk5 pro at newegg for $105. Is there anything better at or around that price? I like this board, because I've seen some fairly positive reviews about it, but I just wanted some extra input before making a final decision.

Crossfire isn't required; I just like having options. What I have picked out so far is
Antec 300
Enermax Liberty 500W
Radeon HD 3850
Q6600
4GB corsair ddr2 800

If you are gaming above 1280x1024, you're gonna want a faster gpu, like maybe a 4850

Well, I have a 17" lcd so I don't really go above 1280x1024. Besides I just picked the 3850 up for $80 on eBay.
