Motherboard for K6-2

anyone know if i can find a motherboard for a K6-2 that is form factor AT, and also uses EDO simms? I've been looking for a good way to upgrade my old Gateway P120. Or, could the motherboard in that old Gateway possibly accept a K6-2? I know some of those old motherboards accept pentium 75-whatever, and also the K6-2's.
