Motherboard for intel core 2 x6800

I'm putting together a new setup for the upcoming Crysis and CoD4!

So I have the cpu (x6800) & videocard (8800 gtx), but I'm stumped on a motherboard to use. I'm willing to spend up to $300, but I'm not sure if spending that much money will get me the best performance. Suggestion please!

I do plan to overclock my system, as for another video card, that's questionable.
