Motherboard for Celeron 633 with LAN/Sound/VGA?

Ive been looking around for a motherboard to use with a Celeron 633 that has integrated Lan/VGA/Sound.
The only solid solution i can find is Tyan's 2420 but is a tad expensive 🙁
Ive got a Asus CUSI-FX, but seeing as Asus aint offering any support for this motherboard it has to go 🙁
If you guys have come across any other FCPGA solutions that will fill my needs would much appreciate your recommendations.
