Motherboard for budget system

Hi. I'm planning to base a system on the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 while keeping the costs down. Which motherboard would you recommend? It does not need onboard video. If it is decent with RAID and has an better-than-rubbish onboard audio controller, that's nice.

Gigabyte DS3L is pretty good. OCable as well. At around $100.

DS3L does not have raid. Abit IP35-E cannot be found. The MSI is a decent board. What kinda budget do you have?

Thanks a lot for the replies. I just realized I don't need this onboard RAID stuff anyway, since soft RAID is just as good/bad, which saves me a bit too. My budget is around $100. So far I'm leaning towards the Gigabyte suggested here. Thank you guys!
