Motherboard Drivers Question

Is it important to keep the Nforce chipset drivers current, and can you install the new ones over the old ones? Also, do I need to update the SATA drivers for the onboard controller (Silicon Image) or just the Nforce one? I have an Asus K8N-E Deluxe. Thanks.

Well, you should use the last driver set available, and I install the new one over the old one on my setup. if you dont have any drive connected to de SI controller, you can disable it in BIOS and you wont be bothered by the message at boot.
