My Motherboard Dilemma

My mobo crapped out and is getting RMA'd. Im not sure how long this process will take and leaves me a little worried. I was using a MSI K8N Neo4 Ultra Platinum Ed. This gives me an opportunity to change what Im using. I am currently borrowing an Asus VIA 939 board that a friend had laying around to get me through the rma. Should I wait and stick with the MSI or switch?? thats the big question I want you guys to help me with. I use one video card, and like a mild OC. Here are 3 other boards im looking at:

Epox 9npa+ Ultra
DFI Lanparty Ultra-D
ABIT AN8 Ultra

I really like the passive cooler on the abit, and it seems very similar to the dfi, and has a good assortment of options. DFI i know is a quality board and a good OCer but i would lean more towards stability, it also has the annoying little northbridge fan and not a lot of pci slots. The epox was highly rated by anandtech, has a good price, also the annoying little nb fan. I was a little unhappy with the vdimm options on the msi when compared to these three. I was running everythng stable at 2.4ghz 2-1-2-10 2T. (133 divider)

I would like some input on how you guys like these boards. I have read through the boards at anandtech but its mainly people that have problems and the people that love thier boards dont post much.

the computer is my main rig, my wife uses it for the web and papers, i use it for burning dvds, games, and basic stuff other than that. Here are the rest of my specs, and I appreciate the input.

AMD 3000+ Venice
Seasonic s12-500
4x512 twinmos sp
bfg 6600gt oc w/ zalman cooler
36gb raptor
200gb sata
liteon dvd burner
viewsonic vp930b

Thanks

Nate

Abit quality > DFI quality

:: puts on flamesuit ::

Using it right now. Hasn't crashed. My only gripe with it is the retarded location of the floppy connector. No big deal if you have a long floppy cable, though. The heatpipe chipset cooler is all right. One less noisy fan in my system.

I'm running 2x1GB, so I can't attest to that. Well worth the $200 if you can sell your old sticks.

If you're only going to overclock mildly, I wouldn't pick three boards that are orientated at the hardcore overclocking crowd... :p I have the MSI myself, and IMO it's just great... has never given me any problems... I just love it...

EDIT: Do you consider OCing a 3000+ to 2.4GHz mild...? That's a 600MHz increase... :p If you don't want the MSI any more, I'd pick the EPoX... Buy yourself a nice passive Zalman NB heatsink it the fan makes too much noise...

I am very pleased with my AN8_Ultra. Rockin strong right frm the get go. I have it mildly OC to 2.5Ghz on a 3500(Venice), Its my PSU that sucks. My new on is on way.

I was also looking into the Epox Ultra.

Look's like I got it just in time(Abit mobo).
